Exploring Space and boundaries
Finding boundaries that are strong enough to protect us but flexible enough to allow us healthy connections to others is key to psychological and emotional health.
This urban retreat will commence with a 2.5-hour yoga practice, following this, we will begin to explore the concept of boundaries and space, and begin to understand more what belongs to us and what doesn’t.
We would be very excited if you would like to join us. The number will be limited this time to 12 participants.
