MAHA JI YOGA MEDITATION

We are happy and blessed to bring this new meditation to you that is
powerfully healing and transforming.

Facilitators:
Dr. FRANCIS VALLOOR & MICHAEL COX

This is how we plan to proceed:
Well begin with an awareness exercise to help us to be present in our bodies,
and to lead us into the spirit and atmosphere of the afternoon. Dr. Francis
will speak briefly on the theme of the day.
Michael will then guide the group into the meditation.

What to bring:
A cushion and a water bottle. Chairs will be available.

Everybody is welcome:
If you have friends or family members who may be interested, please bring
them along or share the information with them. They may be grateful to you
for the gift youre giving them through this.
