AWAKENING BODILY CONSCIOUSNESS (ABC)

Carlos Jalon has spent 27 years developing his own style of bodywork; to create a gestalt and evocative method for safely opening and releasing the body's repressed and often deep-seated patterns of tension.  He calls his method Awakening Bodily Consciousness, which aims to aid a person's ability to be more comfortable in their sensual skin, and thus embody a more balanced approach to relating and relationships in general.

ABC unblocks stuck energy, frees up, activates and grounds your life force, creating major shifts in awareness.

Carlos has been visiting Ireland on a monthly basis, for the past three years. He now mainly works in Dun Laoghaire, and will be offering bodywork sessions from July 22nd to 26th.

Carlos has trained in a wide variety of massage techniques and body therapies, in England and India, including Acupuncture and Five Element Theory. He also trained in Chavutti Thirumal, a powerful system of massage by foot. He now treats using his hands and feet, with or without oils. Clients can be dressed or undressed depending on the nature of the treatment or what is comfortable for the client.
