Spiritual Journey of Initiation to the Peruvian Andes and Lake Titicaca

This journey will run from September 21st to October 5th. It will include a ten day programme taking in Cusco and Sacred Valley, Machu Picchu before returning to Cusco to receive sacred initiation in Pampamisayoq in an initiation ceremony offered by the Q'ero community. This will take place on the mountain of Huanacaure. This is the mountain that Manac Capac, the first Inca stood with his golden rod, threw it into the valley below and created Cusco, the centre of the Incan civilisation. It is where we will stand and receive our own initiation to then go forward as Guardians of the Earth and on the path of the priest within the Andean Cosmovision. 

 

The second part of the programme will be a journey back to the origins of the Cosmovision as it is known in the Andes, to Lake Titicaca, the location where Manac Capac and Mama Ocllo rose from to go on a take the journey to Cusco. Here we will connect with the womb of mother earth, travel to the temples of Pachatata and Pachamama in a journey of rebirth and reconnection to ourselves and our true purpose. 

 

 

Throughout all of this we will journey to connect with the sacred archeological sites in the region, interact with natives and locals to the area, stay for one night on an island with a native family where we will experience a taste of traditional life in the Puno region.
