Mandala Workshop - Finding peace where we are
Mandalas have been used throughout the world for self-expression, spiritual transformation, and personal growth.
During this Mandala Workshop as well as doing some mindfulness practise together each of us we will concentrate on creating our own personal mandala that will help us deal with a particular issue, or help us to uncover our deepest hearts desires. This gentle workshop is open to anyone, no previous experience of Mindfulness, or Mandalas are required.
What to bring with you:
- Comfortable clothes and shoes ( indoor and outdoor)
- Yoga mat ( if you have one) , cushion and blanket
- Notebook for journaling
