I offer psychotherapy and counselling to individuals on a one-to-one basis in
Limerick City, Ireland.
My approach is Humanistic and Integrative, which means that I use different
therapeutic approaches and mould the approach to the individual client and
what they need.
I am an accredited member of the Irish Association of Humanistic and
Integrative Psychotherapy and abide by their code of ethics.
