Dear friends,

Soul Seminars returns for the winter months and we are delighted to be hosting Anne Gill, psychotherapist and supervisor, to speak and teach us about way of the Sufi path. This is sure to be an informative, interesting and experiential evening!

ABOUT THE EVENT

THE SUFI PATH TO HEALING

The session will introduce Universal Sufism and will be experiential. It will include Chant, walking meditations, Breath practises, movement, Dances of Universal Peace and visualisation. The aim is to give people tools to help meet the challenges of everyday life. These tools, if used regularly, allow one become a channel for healing oneself and others. Practises will be drawn from many world traditions as it is the Sufi way to see unity in all spiritual paths. There will also be a focus on sending healing to loved ones and to places in the world where there is suffering, war and conflict.
