Authentic human power is found by surrendering to the Now & letting go of the thinking mind. It is here we find our joy, are able to embrace our true selves and discover that we are already complete & perfect. Afternoons free for reflection, integration and rest.

Retreat includes powerful practices for inner peace & change; input on ego/role-playing/ the Pain Body; reflection journalling; guided meditations; deep relaxation & group sharing/discussion. A precious time together in a supportive environment to sow potent seeds for radical internal transformation & harmony. It will also include some of Eckhart’s latest conversations with Ram Dass and Wayne Dyer from Hawaii and well as his most up-to date teachings.Led by John Doherty, a contemplative teacher who is particularly skilful at making Eckhart’s work accessible, easy to understand and practical.
