The Health Zoners is a gathering of curious minded individuals who come together to explore, discuss and practice a variety of health related topics, techniques and practices. Its purpose is to create meaningful connections among its members and empower them to live a life of health, happiness and authenticity.
A meeting usually contains a meditation or a practice, followed by a guest-speaker, workshop or/and Ted talk or an inspiring talk. Alternatively, a screening of some health related documentary or feature film will be followed by a group discussion of the topics raised.
Meetings are every second Thursday at Myo Cafe, Popes Quay, Cork. Doors open at 7:00pm for an 7:30pm start.
