HOLOTROPIC BREATHWORK  - is a system of healing which can help you to get in touch with your true original self, before life’s experiences created in you the changes and the defences and fears. With deeper and faster breathing methods, combined with evocative music, it is possible to access the root causes of the change, and for change to take place at the cellular level  to get in touch with who you really are and to find that deep inner peace.

The workshops take place in the beautiful scenic environment of Wicklow, south of Dublin, near to sacred burial sites, and ancient forests. To deepen the possibility of entering into the state of being necessary for deep healing, acupuncture is offered the evening before on the residential workshops.
