Easter Recharge Mindfulness Week in Spain
Join us for our Easter Recharge Week in the beautiful sunny El Campello, Alicante, Spain. This week offers a mixture of mindfulness, meditation and contemplation empowering people to recharge the batteries, get some vitamin D and practice mindfulness. The accommodation is on a beautiful cliff side overlooking the sea and has all the amenities of great views, swimming pool, restaurants and spa facilities.

There are plenty of restaurant options for lunch or dinner on site and rooms are also self-catering. Everyday there will be opportunities to take a bus / taxi (10 minutes) into El Campello with its mile long beachfront full of shops, cafes and restaurants. Maria Jesus will also be hosting some optional evening classes and 1-1 therapies in her new holistic centre SEN Centro Holisitco in El Campello. There is also a local TRAM service 2.3km from the accommodation that goes up and down the coast visiting lots of beautiful seaside towns and also some beautiful mountain walks.

The Easter recharge week will be held and facilitated by John F. Doherty and other teachers who work with The Beehive School and have completed the Mindfulness Interspiritual Teacher Training program. John has been providing retreats, teaching and offering mindfulness, meditation & contemplation for twenty years. He believes in a 'middle-way' approach in his retreats offering times of silence, practice and healthy living mixed with engagement, talking and good food! He will lead the mindfulness mornings and guide the practices step by step if you are a beginner while also offering a master-class in meditation during the mornings. He has a great sense of humour and teaches with an ease, lightness and authenticity.
