A two hour workshop to help cleanse the system.
Stong twists to faciltate the elimination of waste. Yogic breathing to promote detoxification and we will also focus on a mental detox, cleansing any negative or toxic thoughts.
You will come away feeling fresh and rejuvenated with new energy for the new year!
