This weekend retreat aims to provide you with practical tools, techniques and healing modalities to support you in releasing old behavioural patterns, realising deep self-love and self-acceptance and igniting your Soul's potential.



Integrating the tremendous healing power of Shamanism, Mindfulness, Hypnotherapy, Inner-Child Therapy and other complimentary mediums, this weekend retreat is intended to create a sacred, safe space for you to explore and reflect on self. The transformational workshops will help to facilitate your journey through self-reflection and self-awareness, giving you the time and space to begin self-healing and enabling you to sit firmly centered in the seat of your soul, transporting you on a journey of remembrance of who you truly are.



The investment required for this self-empowering and rejuvenating weekend is €275 (inclusive of 2 nights self-catering accommodation). A deposit (non-refundable) of €75 is required to secure your place. The accommodation includes 1, 2 and 3 bedroom cottages and first choice will be given in the order that deposits are paid. The balance of €200 is payable by 31 August 2015 with an option to pay this amount in two equal instalments. Payment can be made by card, cheque, postal order or cash.
